Executive Summary

This Master Orchestration & Governance Plan provides the strategic framework for transitioning the AZ1.AI CODITECT platform from internal development through beta testing, pilot program, and ultimately to full Go-to-Market (GTM). This document complements the technical CODITECT-ROLLOUT-MASTER-PLAN.md with governance structures, phase gates, success criteria, and risk management frameworks.
