Overview
This repository contains open source software. While the source code is made available under an open source license (see LICENSE), the trademarks associated with the project are not licensed for unrestricted use.
This document describes the trademarks owned by Accomplish Ltd. and provides guidelines for their permitted and prohibited use.
Trademark Ownership
ACCOMPLISH™ is a trademark of Accomplish Ltd. OPENWORK™ is also a trademark of Accomplish Ltd.
Additional trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, or other brand identifiers may be owned or used by Accomplish Ltd. now or in the future. All such marks, including ACCOMPLISH™ and OPENWORK™, are collectively referred to in this document as the "Accomplish Trademarks".
ACCOMPLISH™ and OPENWORK™ are currently the subject of pending trademark applications in the United States. Use of these marks prior to registration does not imply that they are registered trademarks.
Permitted Use
You may use the Accomplish Trademarks without prior written permission solely for the following purposes:
- To refer to the ACCOMPLISH™ project or the OPENWORK™ brand in a factual and descriptive manner.
- To identify an unmodified copy of the ACCOMPLISH™ software (including releases formerly branded as OPENWORK™).
- To indicate compatibility with ACCOMPLISH™ or OPENWORK™, provided such use is truthful and non-misleading.
- To discuss or review the ACCOMPLISH™ project or the OPENWORK™ brand, including in documentation, articles, or presentations.
Any permitted use must be consistent with honest commercial practices and must not create confusion as to source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Accomplish Trademarks in any manner that:
- Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Accomplish Ltd. where none exists.
- Is likely to cause confusion regarding the source of goods or services.
- Is used as part of the name of a product, service, company, or domain name.
- Is used in a logo, branding, or marketing material for a derived or competing product.
- Is modified, stylized, abbreviated, or combined with other marks in a way that alters its distinctive character.
Open Source and Trademarks
The open source license applicable to this repository grants rights to use, modify, and distribute the source code. It does not grant any rights to use the Accomplish Trademarks, except as expressly permitted in this policy.
Reservation of Rights
All rights in and to the Accomplish Trademarks are reserved by Accomplish Ltd. Any goodwill arising from use of the Accomplish Trademarks inures exclusively to the benefit of Accomplish Ltd.
